2005 crv tranmission problem

hi I just got a p0756 code and my transmission whines when I start the car. I cleared the code and I got a different code this time its p1734. the code all about shift solenoid b or c stuck off. my car doesn’t moves when I put on D after 2-3min. I have to disconnect the battery and clear the code and the cars moves 2-3 then it don’t move. I drained the old tranny fluid and no metal shaving in the magnet just the usual metal sludge. my question is my transmission blown or I can just replace the solenoid?
