2005 corvette electrical issue

I have been working on my 2005 corvette 6 speed manual for the past week with no luck. Got in car to return home and the DIC displayed something about my key fob out of range. I figured my fob battery was weak so I put the fob in the glove box slot that allows the fob to give a signal incase fob battery is dead. Didn’t have any luck with it so I decided to replace fob battery and still no change. After pressing the start button trying to get the fob to read my complete instrument cluster is out. I figured my car battery was bad. Replaced car battery and load tested, checked terminals and wiring. Everything checked out ok. All fuses and relays are good and also inspected wiring harness from fuse box under hood through firewall up to BCM on passenger floor board. My key fob wont lock/unlock the car. The power windows and door locks don’t work. I also cant get the car in accessory mode. If I hit the start button I do hear the ignition relay click under the hood and that relay is also good. I am getting power to my fuse box and BCM. I looked at a wiring diagram and there is a run/crank relay on the BCM that should be getting power at all times. The run/crank Relay terminals are getting power and the relay is good but its not clicking when I hit the start button. Basically the complete car is dead. The only things that work are the dome lights, under hood light ,head lights, tail lights, Emergency flasher and power seats. I’m thinking my key fob is bad or my key fob receiver cant signal my key fob to power the car up. I checked every fuse, relay, all 13 chassis grounds, wiring harness and battery cables. I also don’t have a spare key fob to try. Any other ideas?
