2005 Cobalt security light Wont Start

Hello, I have owned this cobalt for about 6 months now and the other day when I went to leave the car wouldn’t start. The security light was on and the screen said power steering. The only issues I have had with it was the horn going off when the doors were locked by the pwr locks then unlocked with key (don’t have the key fob). I found though that if you lock it manually the system doesn’t go off when unlocked so I haven’t messed with it. I need to figure out how to either disable the security system without causing other problems or fix it somehow.

So far its sat for 3 days and still wont start, unhooked battery let it sit for a few and still wouldn’t start, checked for blown fuses- didn’t see any and I jumped the starter with the key on hoping it would start but no luck.

Any help from a GM guru would be excellent, I need this car asap. Thanks!
