I have a 2004 elantra with 90k miles. It has a p0010 code witch is intake camshaft position actuator circuit/open bank 1.The car runs kinda rough. It also has a oil leak from I don’t know where. Not sure if it is all connected or different issues. If anyone has any ideas how to find the cause of the p0010 thank you in advance.

The oil leak is likely a separate issue. Since the code is for an open, check to see if the wiring and connector are in good shape. It would be best to test the sensor output to know that it really is bad before replacing it but you may not have a lab scope to do that with. That said, you might consider replacing the sensor, clearing the code, and seeing if the problems and check engine light go away.
