2003 saturn vue

have a 2003 saturn vue 3.0 it had a rocket by pass system in bypass security every 4 or five days the security light flashes 3 time engine shuts down but can be started right up again. Call company they tell me once engine starts the unit did its job does anyone have a idea out there were I should look. Local shop put in a fly by wire gas pedal no help this is my Grand daughter’s car which she loves. It’s had a crank senser installed except for this problem it runs great it is a front wheel car.
