Im not sure why you would replace a part on a vehicle without trying to diagnose it first……

Welcome to the forum. Two quick things come to mind. Make sure the air duct, air filter, area under the air filter, and air inlet to the air filter box are clear and free of any obstructions. A blocked air passageway (from a plastic bag for example) would throw the above P0102 code, and cause the vehicle to run very poorly. If all the passageways are clear, check the actual wire harness and wiring for the MAF sensor. You might try wiggling the wires and harness to see if any improvement is seen. You can also back-probe the MAF sensor and check the voltages.
One last thought, and that is the replacement MAF sensor is also bad. Again, verify a clear passageway, as well as the voltages for the MAF sensor. Good luck and keep us posted.
A MAF code will also set if you have an unmetered air source after the MAF sensor. Check your PCV fresh air tube for being disconnected or even a torn air intake tube after the MAF.
