I just replaced my ignition today, and now I am getting no crank, no start. The auxiliary lights come on and the security flashes.
Is there a security code or something I have to reset?

        GM:

        10 Minute Learn Procedure
        Tools Required:
        None

Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
Attempt to start the engine, then release the key to ON (vehicle will not start).
Observe the SECURITY telltale, after approximately 10 minutes the telltale will turn OFF.
Turn OFF the ignition, and wait 5 seconds.
The vehicle is now ready to relearn the Passlock™ Sensor Data Code and/or passwords on the next ignition switch transition from OFF to CRANK.

        Important
The vehicle learns the Passlock™ Sensor Data Code and/or password on the next ignition switch transition from OFF to CRANK. You must turn the ignition OFF before attempting to start the vehicle.

Start the engine. The vehicle has now learned the Passlock™ Sensor Data Code and/or password.
With a scan tool, clear any DTCs if needed. History DTCs will self clear after 100 ignition cycles.

may try a relearn on it I think you turn your key to the on position
and leave it on for 15 minutes then turn key off and try to start if no luck you may have to take it to dealer and let them flash the pcm

My understanding of Passlock systems is that it will disable fuel injectors, but shouldn’t stop the car from cranking. If I’m wrong about it, then the relearn is were you’d start. Otherwise, I’d first look to see if there’s an electrical connector I forgot to reconnect in the column. Try cranking the engine with the transmission in nuetral too. Then I’d move on to checking fuses and electrical testing. http://www.revbase.com/BBBMotor/Wd That website can get you wiring diagrams if you need or can use them.
