2003 honda accord turn signal issues

hi guys and gales i been having a issue with my turn signal only the left side works in the car and out the car . when i hit the hazard button only one side works. i replaced the relay and the turn signal swicth and still have the problem any help would be great thanks

check the bulbs and connections.

+1 The first place I usually start with turn signal issues is with the bulbs. I check the bulbs themselves and then to see if power and ground is being delivered to the socket.
