Yes and no. You need to make sure you get the serial # off the radio and nav unit so that you can get the codes you’ll need to enter to get them to work. The nav is in more than just the head unit. There’s a harness, and antenna, and also another control unit that you’d need. It may also tie into the engine computer, but I don’t know that for sure.
In short, it may be way more trouble than it’s worth.
