Have this 2003 yukon about 165k miles 5.3L. This car was in a wreck about 8 months ago. Replaced the rear drive side axel that was broke. Not sure if this could be related. 3 days ago it started making this noise. See video below.
While parked it only makes the noise in reverse but also will make the noise while driving down the road. Not sure if some gears could have gotten bind up due to the wreck and now the are just going out.. or fly wheel, or torque convertor??Thoughts??

A common problem with these trucks is the drive chain in the transfer case is stretched/worn out
check the fluid in the transfer case.
