      Hi there
      Have a 2003 dodge sx 2.0 manual 5 speed.
Yesterday drove it to the store with no issue. came home parked it. came out 10 or so mins later and car will not crank. When key is turned zero noise at starter, can hear fuel pump turn on, get engine lights and radio.
Battery read 12.6ish volts on test and there seems to be power going to the starter. Ground seems fine.
Being a manual trans the vehicle can be push started and drives fine once running. (engine isn’t seized)
No apparent engine codes come up on dash
no change when shifted into gear or left in neutral.
no change when brakes or clutch are depressed or released
tried 2 different keys with no result
pulled the starter relay and switched it with another and no change
      no obviously blown fuses.

Vehicle recently (as in last 4 days) had battery and harness removed to do a repair on the master brake cylinder but has run fine since until yesterday.

      Any ideas?

If harness was replaced, starter line is part of it. I’d just go over the connections first.

After that I’d just tap the solenoid signal line. If it all checks out and you get the battery tested you can be reasonably certain the starter needs replacing.

have you tried a fly lead from the small wire on the starter motor to the battery plus ?

check for 12v at the starter if 12v seen replace
the starter.if no 12v check the starter relay.

Before replacing parts, find a schematic and see what the trail of wiring goes through such as,a nuetral switch or clutch switch.
