If the problem only happens under braking, then the problem has to be in the brakes. When you replaced the front pads, did you do anything with the rotors? If not, then you may need to replace them or have them machined. Personally speaking, I’d much rather just replace rotors than machine them. Also, make sure that you tighten the wheels down properly, meaning a star-pattern on the lugs and a torque wrench. If memory serves Dodge calls for 100 ft-lbs of torque on the lugnuts on your van.

You could apply the emergency brake, then SLOWLY drive the vehicle. If you feeling pulsation’s, then you know the issue is from the rear. If not, i would check the front rotors for run-out.

Even if they are new it is recommended that you turn new rotors and drums before installation. Lets just say some brands are better than others when it comes to brake parts.

Sometimes when people do brake work themselves they overlook the rotors and just pad swap and end up with a vibration. My friend did it last month and now he thinks the vibration is there because the front pads are now bigger than the rears….hmm…
@Eric I don’t think our customers would be too happy if we turned their rotors right out of the box lol. That just gives them another reason to think we’re screwing them, and mechanics have a bad enough wrap for being shiesty and ripping people off.EDIT: 5crewing is a bad word? I’ll keep that in mind.
