It could be the friction material you used. It could be
the slide pins not being lubricated or loose from the fasteners
being stripped or loose could it make the squeal it could.I would
replace the slide pins and lube with silicone grease. Replace the
fasteners and see if the symptoms are gone.

Collegeman is right about the friction material. I have noticed that when you use quality parts and follow all of the necessary procedures when doing your brakes things usually work out best.

            Here are some pointers:

            1) Change your shims and clean up the area that they fit in.

            2) Lubricate the contact parts of the brake pads and shims with anti-seize.

            3) Change your caliper mounting bolts each time you do a brake job.

            4) Torque is important. Find out what the torque spec is for A) Wheel Lug Nuts B) Caliper Bracket C) Caliper Mounting bolts.

The right torque makes a big difference. For instance, if you over torque your lug nuts you risk warping your rotors.

First of all if you paid for first line parts I would return them for a refund. That grooving is disgusting for that short amount of time.

On those cars it’s common for the threads to strip out and the only way to repair it is to install helicoils in the holes in the spindle and with new guide pins or replace the spindles.

I would install Delco pads and rotors for the best brake operation possible.
