My name is JERRY and I have a 2003 DODGE RAM 1500 with a 4.7 and I have a 2007 5.7 hemi I am going to put in,what wiring harness will I need to change or buy?.Thank you very much I have been searching for some help quite a few years,the 2007 5.7 hemi has 15k miles,the 4.7 was fried because my brother was too cheap to change the oil.JERRY What all will I need to change

Transmission has to be changed,look the same.Need the wiring harness and computer too.Need a 2003 and the computers are different,security and non security.The non security computer will not work with the security set up.One way to tell if it has security is looking at the key,is grey and the black key is non security.These Chrysler products,don’t ever get an aftermarket key made for them.Seen no starts because of an aftermarket key caused it
07-10 computer. PCM. Need trans as waf said. The security can be programmed out so who cares about what pcm it is as long as it is 07-10. You are going to HAVE TO CUSTOM PROGRAM THE PCM. No way around it. Total custom harness patched into the current harness for best results and less time spent making things work.
