[color=][size=4]Just bought this car and trying to fix a couple things on it.
if anybody knows the set up for the brake booster (specifically, there is a red idk plastic thing inserted to the opening on top the motor after you remove the back cover that goes over the oil. My car has nothing attached to it. I saw in a video that there is suppose to be a brake booster line inserted into that red piece. But the guy didnt show where the other end attaches. I see nowhere for it to attach on the brake booster.
I hope somebody can help me

That’s exactly what i’m talking about. Is a break booster line suppose to go in the red? if so , where does the other end go?
From the picture, it is before the throttle body and the air hose from that point usually goes to the valve cover as an intake of clean air for the PCV system. The hose for brake booster is for vacuum and that is connected from the intake manifold.
Ok i can’t tell from your response if youre talking about one hose or two different hoses. and then a hose is before the throttle body and to the valve cover. then its connected from the intake manifold. ??? That is really super confusing.
My question was where on the brake booster does the vacuum hose attach that runs from the top of the engine with that red plastic piece?
