I have a 2002 Mazda 626 and the idle problems continue. I had a p0400 code where I cleaned the egr and the ports and it still came back, so I replaced the egr today. When I first started it up, it ran perfect! After a while, it slowly began going back to a very low almost stalling idle. I have done everything I can think of. Can someone please help me? Does it sound like a fuel pressure regulator? Fuel pump?

Quick question, I noticed that the intake manifold runner control actuator seemed to have play in it.. Could this be causing a vacumn leak if the seal is not sealing? The problem is only at idle.
Do you have a long metal pipe connected to EGR? If yes, then that pipe is pretty much plugged with carbon build up, causing RPM and code issue. Remove and clean. Something like a gun barrel cleaning brush is very handy.
It seems like your car might have a dirty throttle body and or IAC valve. You didn’t say if you already serviced it but it would be a good place to start.
