 For the back 3 plugs trying to get bolts loose from rear engine lift bracket . No room to work here .Only can get 12mm box wrench in there but bolts are so tight I cant get enough leverage to break them loose . Only can get a short pipe on the end of wrench but as of now I haven’t the right size pipe piece. 3/8 drive ratchet wont fit in there. There’s two bolts to take off side by side, and the sides of the bracket are made so the bolts are like in a channel, the bracket is not flat across . Do the shops have a special tool for this situation? Thank you guy’s in advance.

Are you talking about the rear brackets that help anchor the intake manifold? If they’re it, you’d be alright with a flex headed gear ratchet. I don’t think you can get any more fancy schmancy than that.

That’s it ,yes that is the bracket .I thank you .I will proceed with that idea. The more I work on this the more $700 dollars for having it done doesn’t sound as bad after all. Any one can hit a golf ball,It’s making it go where it should is the hard part.

I’ve fought that battle a number of times but it’s been awhile. I think I remember using a trick of using a prybar in the open end of the wrench to break it loose, where the open end was sticking up above manifold a bit. Just make sure you take the time to find or rig up a strong prying fulcrum. The nearby MAP sensor, for instance will not do.

I can only say that on wife’s RX300, dealer charges $540 plus tax to do plugs. Transverse V6, leaning towards firewall, with rear 2 plugs completely covered by plenum and throttle body.
They remove entire plenum and TB. hence the cost.
Thing is, you can remove TB quite easy and that allows hand to slide into opening and use it. From that on, it’s blind man job, all by touch, using cardan socket (or flexible socket) and proper extension to socket wrench. Last time I did it, it took me only 42 minutes and badly scratched forearms. Rather large.
Why am I saying this? OP, you are not looking at this job right. You asking mountain to come to YOU. As Mahomet said – in case it won’t, I’ll approach the mountain. Look at the job site from “acquire clearance” perspective. Maybe engine can be lowered a bit – yes, it can be safely done for that. Maybe, you can actually reach there from underneath. Say, on Mazda 626, dealer charged $600 to drain ATF, as they pulled transmission out. We simply lowered crossmember and had enough clearance to remove pan.
Think outside the box. Like I did. 42 minutes ain’t no 5 units of labor, you know.
