      Hello

      I have a 2002 honda civic only 170000 kms on it. Just want to find out is t normal RPM goes to 3000 before it changes 1st to 2nd gear and 2nd to 3rd gear under normal acceleration? Also when i cursing 60 kmh RPM fluctuates not too much but i can see RPM doesn’t stay on one number. Only when i goes 60kmh. No codes.Thanks in advance.

        These are the about the speeds when it shifts from 1st to 2nd.
        3,000 RPM ~15mph
        3,250 RPM ~18mph
        3,500 RPM ~20mph

          thank you for the reply. So that’s normal. Also is it normal to slip 3nd to 4th gear when the vehicle is cold. it does once or twice and goes away always the 1st start. When I say slip, before it change gear engine rev up to 500 RPM before goes to the gear.
