Hello. I am new to owning cars and everything. I’ve noticed my car doing this. It acts up A LOT in the winter and is basically not an issue in the summer so I wondered if it’s something to do eith humidity. I don’t want to spend an arm and a leg at the shop as it’s not critical. I captured a video of what it is doing. Thank you for your time.

Not sure how to upload the video.

What it does is this . sometimes and not always it seems like my cluster pannel is losing power off and on. The rpm gauge, the odometer, my gas gauge and speedometer all go dead. I don’t lose any power to my car or radio or lights. The cluster pannel lights are even still on . I noticed it does it frequently during the winter and not so much during the summer.

Try this test. It sounds like your losing power or ground. You may want to
pull the cluster and check the plugs are fully seated. I would unplug them
and plug them back in. A wiring diagram will be needed to check power
to the cluster and find and clean the grounds.
