2002 acura rsx pcv valve

have a 2002 rsx that smells of oil when im stationary and engine ideling i was wondering if itmight be the pcv valve if so where the heck is it? i also noticed the oil fill can was unscrewed today dident notice if it was that ay the last time i dont think it was

no indications of a leak no puddles or oil stains under the car
