2002 Accord v6 intermittent misfire

In the morning, i’ll start my car and it has a rough idle with a thump x2 sound that I could only describe as a misfire. I recently changed the spark plugs with NGK’s but that didn’t fix the problem. It goes away after the car warms up OR after I shut it off and turn it back on. The car has 96,000 miles.

The above videos should get you started. The most common causes of the problem you describe are ignition related or vacuum leaks. Fuel delivery issues are not common with Honda’s. Also, if you have any check engine light codes stored address those first.
