      Hello my 2001 Pontiac Grand am se 2.4 has a rough idle and slight miss . Need help please .

      I’ve changed the coil packs and plastic housing along with the spark plugs .
      The domitor reads 176,916 . It’s also getting poor gas mileage .
      Is there any test I can do that won’t cost money ? I’m extremely low income .
