      I have a Dodge Neon that has had the ignition lock cylinder and the ignition switch itself has been changed and the key is still not turning. I don’t think that the key has an immobilizer magnet on it. do I need to have it programmed?

        I dont believe if it was a programmable key, it would stop it for turning. Likely a bad lock cylinder.
