You will need to consult a wiring diagram and see how the other switches receive there power and grounds.
Me jumping a window motor just last week…
On a 2009 Saturn Vue Hybrid, the power is the right-most yellow to dark-blue motor, then paper clip from brown motor to black ground. This configuration ran the window up. To reverse, swap the dark-blue and brown wires. Tip: leave the key on “off” while you are wiring then switch the “accessory” when you want to power the motor up or down.
