Hey everyone!
My girlfriends 2001 honda accord LX 4cyl turned its CEL on. It randomly gets pretty bad stutters where the RPM bounces up an down from 2-3000 rpm. I pulled the code and got a flash code #9. I unfortunately do not have access to any OBD diagnostics but maybe someone has encountered this issue before with accords?
Any help or pointers are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

According to code 9 P1381 I would say your new aftermarket distributor is at fault.
Honda ignition systems are picky that they only run best with Honda parts. see if
this link helps.
