Hello Everyone
I have a 2001 civic (not vtec) and recently when im on the highway or any situation where i require high acceleration my engine seems to cut out. It will rev to 4.5K RPM then drop down to 3k RPM and pulse. Its also a rough experience when it happens. I have no check engine lights, any ideas what could be causing it?

Try this test. When it cuts out does it just shut off.
