Suggest you pressure test the system and have cardboard laid out under the engine on the ground.
That much fluid is going somewhere.

With it loosing1 to 2 gallons a day there has got to be some signs of it dripping somewhere.

as advised, i would pressure test the system you should be able to find the leak. some leaks do not show up until the system is under pressure. you can rent a coolant system pressure tester from advance for free (with deposit)

those vans are notorious for various coolant leaks at different points, i would check:

            radiator and hoses
metal pipe that attaches the lower rad hose to the engine – always rusts out
            water pump
heater hose assembly behind engine (metal and rubber hoses)
metal coolant pipes to rear heater core
fittings for pipes to rear heater core

also check under the floor mats for water… if the heater core is leaking it self you might not see any leaks but the mats should be wet.. but with it leaking like a gal or 2 you should be running a pool in the floor

well it fixed most of my leakage but its not pressurizing with the radiator cap on

well i put a new radiator cap on and it still not pressurizing, i have put about 200 miles on it and it would warm up just fine but the upper radiator hose was still soft, any ideas would be great
