2000 suburban, 1500, approx 177,000 miles, takes a long time to shift. Fluid is clean and filled. 1st to 2nd gear is sometimes around 30 mph. When shifting does occur, it is smooth with no odd noise or roughness. Not sure what other info you might need to diagnose this problem. All help gratefully appreciated.

Without any codes this was the best I could do.Did you change the filter when you did the fluid?
