      I would be looking at the IAC idle air control._x000D_
      turn the ac on when the car is at idle. see if rpms_x000D_
      start jumping. try tapping on the valve with the handle_x000D_
      of a screw driver. if the idle changes replace the control.

            I would actually suspect a problem with the AC since after you turn it off the problem goes away.

                I took the Idle air control valve off and cleaned it and the throttle body. It idles much better now, it was covered in crud and so were the passages. You guys ever take your intake manifold off and clean, I bet it is full of carbon._x000D_
