2000 Merc Grand Marquis, 4.6L, overheating with A/C on.

Replaced intake manifold, thermostat last July as manifold cracked in the usual rear cooling hose port. Couldn’t run a/c without temp climbing back then and still can’t. Wondering if D.I.Y. radiator flush by Prestone or a new radiator. Thank you for your insight!

Those are both potentially helpful. Also, have you checked the refrigerant pressure? I had similar overheating for a long time because my refrigerant pressure dropped to a point where it would still cool the cabin well, but at the price of a superheated condenser that immediately overheated my radiator.
