      running rich will kill a converter. P0420 is catalyst system efficiency below thresh hold._x000D_
      is the car having drive ability issues? Has the rich condition been resolved?

                  Lets put a pin in the ‘restricted cat’ theory for now and focus on catalytic converter efficiency which is what the code is for.
