You have a dead miss, not sure what’s causing it but you might start with a compression test to see if it’s mechanical. Also I’m not convinced you have the timing correct so you might want to go back and check that to make sure that’s not the problem. A power balance test might also help nail down the offending cylinder(s).

He also mentioned that he’s used unleaded 87 or so from the sound of in when it ‘requires’ 93(probably at least 91, but IIRC Si models of this year range want 93. Could that cause a miss?

Otherwise, +1 on checking for mechanical issues. Especially worthy if timing was out enough to cause a no-start condition.

A mechanic told me that it looks like my motor is a JDM B16A with a B18 Head.

It’s not likely to cause a ‘miss’ but it may cause a lack of power due to the knock sensor retarding the timing if it detects detonation or preignition.

Alright so we never found out what’s wrong with it. The car only turns on in a different firing order. We put them as they should be which is 12 in the bottom and 34 on the top and it sounds like it wants to turn on but it just doesn’t. My bud said he’s going to have to take it to his shop because the heads of the motor are different. He said getting the timing on it will be hard as well since it has double gears. Could it be a bent valve?

You could determine if it was a bent valve if you knew it was in time you could do a leak down test to check for that problem but it needs to be in time, if not then you won’t get an accurate reading.
