2000 honda civic ex noise from front suspension

I have been noticing a noise in the front suspension when i go over a bump and i’m turning the wheel at the same time. I have already tried jacking the car up and checking visually and by turning the wheel to see if i could find the issue. The best i can describe the noise is more like a dung type noise. Any input?

How many miles on the car? Try shaking the front sway bar.

Really common problems are the stabilizer link. See if this vid helps.

That video should help you with some other places to look and give you some more ideas on how to check the suspension.
