      :S good evening yesterday day morning , I changed the gasket on my vtech solenoid on my 2000 honda accord v6 Ex,and now when I start my car It continuously revs past 4,000 rpm but doesn’t redline and i have to promptly shut it off.. I tested my vtech solenoid and it clicks correctly, i think it may be my vtech oil pressure sensor or bad pcm? But I seriously could use some insight

        I would first start out by checking for vacuum leaks…you could have a bad sensor or it could of got dirty on the inside of it…. but Im thinking you have a leak in the gasket

          jproblem solved, i had a broom stick hoding the hood which was pinching the detent cable . had the caar accelerating . thank you soo muchh for the insight
