Just as it says. Super low idle, stalls obviously if you don’t gas it to get the idle up. I pulled the 3 easily accessed plugs (other 3 require the intake manifold to be removed) and the thing ran better on only 3 cylinders. I’m going to change the plugs since they look pretty bad. But wondering if this could just be the spark plugs or something else. Anyone with some thoughts?

try tapping the IAC with the handle of a screw driver to see if
the idle changes. If it does than replace the IAC. You may want
to check spark and fuel. is the cel on? if so post codes.Basic tune up stuff like plugs is an excellent place to start when you have a driveability issue. Also if you have any check engine lights repair those first. Lastly you might also check for vacuum leaks if you still have an issue after you get done with your tune up.
