I need help,
I was doing a tune up on my integra and i left a spark plug unplugged while the car was on. I got sidetracked and forgot about the plug. the car shut off. When i tried starting it up, it would crank no start. Turns out it jumped timing by 160 degrees, and apparently ECU got fried. And then alternator went bad also cause it would only turn on by jumping it. So i put the same p75 A55 ecu automatic, reflashed to work on car. So now theres a problem it would stall. Found out it was cause catalytic converter went bad and everytime it gets hot it would stall the car. Solved that also. But there a performance issue car hesitates/boggs at 4k RPM. Timing is good, but could it be possible when it jumped timing to bent the valves and cause this hesitation???. It drives fine as long as i dont hit 4k rpm bc if i do it sometimes shutters even if im driving at 2k rpm and so on until i leave the car off for a while. I noticed going like 100 causes this hesitation also but yet to fully verify that bc idk if i hit 4k rpm if i did i would know why. It has a b20 swap from a crv, it ran fine with the engine until jumped timing/ecu change. Could the ECU cause this problem. Im getting no codes for the issue, happens only at 4k rpm, occasionally stalls when u first turn on car but thats very rare. Once when i hit 4k rpm i couldnt gas the car anymore so i stopped turned it off and on. I doubt its fuel related because i changed injectors to b20 injectors, fuel filter, fuel pump. All the help is appreciated this is my first car want her running 100%. Thank you
