here we go! 1999 honda crv auto 4×4. having an issue with stalling an low idle. cleaned the IACV checked the TPS for correct voltage. throttle body was in rough shape. So i replace the Throttle body with 66mm skunk2 and new gasket making some small adaptions to it. added cold air intake system. now when i start it it stalls with out putting my foot down on the throttle to keep the rev’s up for about min and a half then idles at about 1k and will work its way up to 1300-1400 rpm and is fidgety. tried a idle relearn process did nothing. i realized the idle air control screw is closed all the way. what should it be at? if i open it why its running the rpm goes up already higher than it is now. why i am driving an come to a stop put in park the idle surges back to 1300-1400. i haven’t been able to find any vacuum leaks using propane method. only light i am getting is from a leaky donut gasket on my exhaust. thanks for the help
