1999 crv hesitation issue on take off solve!!!

I have always had a hesitation issue with my manual CRV. I would notice at around 4 to 5000 RPM. After watching the video and reading the articles on performance issues The performance video/articles led me to believe it was a fuel issue I was experiencing.I eventually made my way to the video of aftermarket versus OEM. I had replaced the fuel filter with an aftermarket one. So I pulled the aftermarket fuel filter and put in a Honda fuel filter( The Honda one was within a couple of dollars of the aftermarket one as far as cost). That seems to have solved the issue, two weeks later still no hesitation!
