Guys,
I have a 1998 Ford Taurus, that the interior dome light will not go out. When I put the key in the ignition and start the car the
Dome Light stays on, and the Instrument Panel indicates that a door is open, when all doors are closed. I had to remove
the Dome Bulb and the Floor Board Bulb, so it will not run down the battery.
Could this be a faulty Dome Light Bulb or Fuse/Relay? Please help.

More like sticky door switch.
Might want to unscrew each switch and test with a multimeter to see which one it is and temporarily unplug it or remove and clean with a electric contact cleaner spray….ChrisKaye, thanks, for that suggestion. I sprayed WD-40 into ALL of the latches and open and closed the doors several times,
and my son said that what I did worked. I know I should do the right thing and properly clean each switch, but it is winter,
and I don’t want to work on a car in the cold. Thanks Again.
