Hello I’m really fresh to the forum thing but I have a 1998 Ford F-150 4.6 v8 I’ve had the truck for 10 years i’ve done regular maintenance tune ups you know the Basic thing you need to keep your truck alive but I’ve ran into a issue found a like at the Radiator the truck ran hot I shut it down let it cool down then got it home replaced the Radiator the other day I’m on my way home from work stopped at a red light the truck starts shaking dad light turns green I try to go and I get nothing at the peddle the truck starts to surge picks up and falls on its face again I held it to the floor still nothing it’s does this every where I go now I’ve ckecked injectors coils plugs wires maf iac fuel filter o2s I have no Trouble codes or any Freeze frame data all my worrning lights work just stuck could use some Insight on the issue thanks

If your fuel has good pressure and there is spark at the plugs, then I’d look at the intake manifold gasket. If unmetered air is getting into the intake manifold, it will cause all your symptoms. A shop could diagnose it easier otherwise you’d need a smoke machine to test for leaks. Could use brake cleaner around the manifold and see if RPMs go up, but could be dangerous to do that with engine running.
Considering the issue came up after you replaced the radiator. Make sure that you bled ALL the air out of the cooling system. If the Engine Temperature sensor is exposed to an air pocket it wil cause a engine run issue. Also make sure you plugged all the connectors back in snug and to the right locations.
