theres a 40 amp fuse in the engine compartment fuse box._x000D_
The pcm determines fan operation off engine coolant temp_x000D_
and ac status. when operation is required pcm signals ccrm_x000D_
to turn on fan to desired speed. check the ccrm relay.this is a_x000D_
        two speed fan.

I did check the 40 amp Fuse and it is good. Also my friend at the salavage yard tested the other one that I tried and said it was good. Also I have never replaced the thermostat on this car and it has 150xxx

with the ac on. that fan would need to come on. check_x000D_
            that relay I mentioned.

To get to that do I have to take the computer apart?

Also I don’t know if this matters but I just had a replacement

In that situation if you know the fan is good (and I think you do at this point) you then need to track the circuit back to see if you have the power and ground required to run the motor, for this a wiring diagram is your best friend, here’s a site that m

I know this is kinda old but I thought that I had figured it out but it turns out that i haven’t. Ok so I found a common problem with my car is the box that has a series of relays( I think it has another name besides ECM) in it goes bad. So After knowing that the fan was good and that the fuse was not blown I figured that it had to be that. Even worse Ford made 5 different ECM’s for my year of car so i had to buy it from Ford. So I finally got the part and put it in. Let the car run with the A/C on for about ten minutes and then checked the fan, It still wasn’t running. So I went out and got my multi metter and pulled the 40 amp fuse under the hood for the cooling fan and check for continuity but nothing. So now I am confused. I have looked at the wiring diagram for my car and as far as I am aware it should be working. My ECM is new (I do know there is a chance that the new one could be bad but it seems unlikely) so i don’t think I have a problem there.
The wiring diagrm starts at the 40 amp fuse and says its always hot so I am not sure what this means since when I test it i get nothing.
I will attach the wiring diagram for the cooling fan if anyone can read it better than I can.
                    Any help would be awesome!

So its not letting me post the picture of the wiring diagram but I am working on a way around it.

Here are the wiring diagram. I had to screen shot them to get them to work so sorry for that. The second two might be way more informative but im not sure.

its a two speed fan motor with two relays. what you need to
determine is the problem on the control side or the line side.
here is a video to help with the diagnostic.

By your diagram it looks like everything is all in one place which is good for testing. You might start with the temp sensor input, see if you can trigger the fan that way. The diagrams you posted didn’t show that side of the circuit but it looks like the PCM triggers the fan and it’s speed, if the computer doesn’t get a signal to turn the fans on it won’t. Also I’d be looking at that ‘constant relay control module’ to see if it was triggering the relays to operate. If not it could be the temp sensor input OR the module is having an issue. I would start by finding out what’s suppose to trigger fan operation and see if I could make the circuit work that way first.
