The wipers on my 1998 Chevrolet Metro LSi started acting weird (i.e. slowing down, stopping mid-wipe). I removed both the wiper motor and wiper transmission. I attempted to test the wiper motor with a 12V battery. I connected the battery negative to the motor case for ground. When I connect the battery positive to the high pin (2), the motor spins at high speed. When I connect battery positive to the low pin (3), the motor spins at low speed. How do I test “park”.
