Hey, I am new to the forums and I have a unique question about my car. I have a 1997 rusty Wallace thunderbird, and the original 4.6L engine seized up and was replace with 1996 4.6L from a mustang. This was done before I took ownership of it from a family member. Well the car randomly stalls out for no reason at all while driving or at a stop light. If I unplug the MAF it stays running but is rough. I have already replace the MAF the valve cover gaskets spark plugs and wires, replace the airbox with a pod filter, the airbox was blocked because a body kit, and I am at a loss of what is wrong with the car. I also have an oil leak from the drain plug on the oil pan, but I doubt that is causing the problem. Please help ASAP.

Post 1995 drivability issues should be addressed with a scan tool. Monitor PID data in efforts to identify vacuum leaks, fuel trim, and sensor issues.
hmm, I cheacked for vacuum leaks and didn’t find any at all. my tps is at 19% though, and my fuel trims arnt to terribly bad they are about =/- 4percant
