1997 PLYMOUTH BREEZE STALLING ISSUES

Hi people i have a 97 plymouth breeze and it just dies while im driving sometimes when i break hard at a red light it will hesitate under 1000 rpm than shut off but sometimes will start right back up sometimes will not all help appreciated

This could be a couple issues. It could be fuel related,
Electrical related. If the car has a fuel filter start with
changing it. Is the check engine light on? see if these links

I would start by cleaning the throttle body and IAC valve. Eric has a video on servicing a throttle body here. Different problem but it applies to your problem as well.

Everything mentioned above is a great start. I’ll just add that if you have a check engine light on you should look into that first as it may be your most important clue as to what the issue is.
