      I have a 97 Kia Sophia and not getting any power the only thing working is the headlights, battery has 12.4 volts is possible the main relay? Thank you

        I would check the main engine fuse. If someone tried to jump start it and put the cables on backwards this will most definetly cause it. When I worked as a tech at a Kia store we saw this more often than not.

            check that your battery terminals are clean and tight.
            Under the hood in a fuse box there should be a fuse labeled
            start fuse.check that fuse. Is this a manual or automatic vehicle?
