1997 Honda Accord LX

I have a 1997 Honda Accord LX 2.2l 4cyl SOHC with about 158k miles.

So i asked this before but i need more specifics.

For starters, which way does a F22B2 engine rotate? Be specific, looking at the engine from the drivers side of the car, which way does it turn.

I need to know this because, i disturbed the Cam shaft while it was outside of the car, so while the cylinder head was out, i accidently moved the cam shaft.

I was told i need to get, on the block, TDC on cylinder one, and then match it up on the camshaft itself. For one is this true? If there is something more specific i can do, let me know.
