      So I followed Eric’s video and found the fuse, Wiper and VAPS (Variable Assisted Power Steering).
      I’ve had intermittent power steering loss on startup for a while. Usually I’d just turn it off and back on again. So I’m guessing that’s probably related to this.

      Never mind, just a bad battery.

        I’m late to the party. The draw is caused by the power steering or the wiper?
        I would not think any of these devices would be on with the car off.
