have you checked for power and ground to the 02 sensor heater?July 21, 2012 at 11:00 am #458857A DVOM will not be able to update quick enough, Your best bet is a scope or graphing meter for your o2 sensor readings.
July 21, 2012 at 11:00 am #458858like stated above you will need a graphing meter or a scope to do a good test on the 02 sensor. it will be much faster with the CEL code.
July 21, 2012 at 11:00 am #458859Since you say you’ve replaced the sensor 3 times, and all the exhaust, then the next step is to inspect the wiring to the sensor itself.

July 22, 2012 at 11:00 am #458860So i got the truck scanned and the code came up P0146 Bank 1 sensor 3 HO2S an according to alldata this DTC pops up when the vehicle control module detects no HO2S activity, Any ideas on where to go from here?
July 22, 2012 at 11:00 am #458861check the wiring integrity all the way back to the PCM
July 23, 2012 at 11:00 am #458864Since you’ve replaced the sensor without result I would check the wiring all the way back to the computer, you could have a wire or connector problem somewhere.
