Well here it goes I just got this car I only had it 3 days the blower motor is being ran off a toggle switch, also the selector was not switching between the defrost and the vent and the floor and what not. So today I went to the junk yard and and bought a temperature control switch. That fixed the problem with it switching from defrost to the vent however did not fix the blower problem so it’s still on a toggle switch. That’s fine with me for now due to it being so cold and me wanting to spend less time as possible outside. But the problem I am facing now is there seems to be no air flow coming out of the vent or defrost or the floor. The vents get warm when I touch them but no air flow at all. I know the heater core could use a good flush but if that was clogged it would only block the heat and would blow cold air and would have air flow still. Please correct me if I’m wrong as I am learning everyday. My next idea is to pull the blower. I was also wondering if the duct work could have been removed and the blower motor is fine but has no where to blow the air. Any help would be great as I am tired of scrapping the ice off the inside of my windshield. Thank you in advance

If you have no air flow thats part of the heat issue. Remove the blower
and see if the squirrel cage is on backwards or anything is blocking. Not
sure if you would have a cabin air filter. If not check that the coil is not matted
shut with dirt.Once airflow is reestablished see if heat returns.

I feel really stupid I took the system apart for nothing. After I found nothing clogged I had the idea that the person who hooked up the toggle switch had it wired backwards. I switched the wires boom got airflow thank you for you help I now have heat that I really needed

I’m glad it was that easy.
