1996 Toyota 4 Runner…Head gasket blown? Did comp

So an update on that 1996 Toyota 4 Runner with the V6. I was having trouble with cylinder 3 and the compression in that cylinder was about 140psi…However the others on that side read under 130psi and the other 165psi. Im about to do the other side but already doesn’t that indicate a blown head gasket? The code reader kept spitting out errors for cylinder 3. Ill update more soon.

Again this is the relatively new spark plug for cylinder 3. I’ve replaced coil packs, spark plug wires, spark plugs, etc.
